Peppermint Lemon Headache Relief |

A triple-whammy approach to a headache, especially one that involves nausea.
- Step one: Brew a cup of peppermint tea, adding lemon and honey to taste..
- Step two: Sip tea slowly while soaking in a bath spiked with the peppermint and lemon blend.( You can also used your tea herbs in muslin bath bag).
- Step three: After your bath massage your temples, forehead and neck with the following blend, (carefully keeping out of eyes).
If you don't have time, or are not in a place you can relax in a bath, apply a few drops of the blend to a cool compress and apply to your forehead, and/or back of the neck.
