Vinegar bath to reduce heat and inflammation |
Add 2 cups of organic apple cider vinegar to a hot bath along with the essential oils. Soak at least 20 minutes. As a great side benefit, the vinegar and essential oils in this bath soften skin while reducing inflammation.
