Pour three cups of boiling water over one cup of oatmeal and three tablespoons of chamomile flowers. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain using a piece of cheesecloth or gauze, and tie the cloth firmly. Use the fluid as a bath additive, and the float the cheesecloth bag in the water to release the rest of the infusion.
You can invigorate this bath infusion with 10 drops of any combination of the following essential oils to match your mood:
